The purpose of a creed is to prepare, inspire, disciple (church) for faithfulness and maturity in the faith.

I Thank God for His grace but we need conviction. Just because your “saved” doesn’t give you a license to keep doing things that don’t line up to His Word. No, you won’t miraculously change your behavior overnight. The closer you get to Him, the more He will reveal things about you, that must be changed, that’s where free will comes in and the justification or excuses as to why we continue. This hinders us from things He has in store taking us on a detour. It’s totally up to us. Detouring can set us back for years, decades or an entire lifetime. Today, I pray that you draw closer to Jesus and allow Him to heal your brokenness and change the desires of your heart to match His plan for your life.
