LIFT Investments enables poor countries to lift themselves out of poverty by helping businesses grow and creating access to training for the poor.

Our model is unique and totally innovative. We use the returns on SME investments to fund job skills training for the working poor of the businesses we invest in. These workers are trained on skills their employer needs and upon completion, are promoted within the business to a higher skilled, higher-paid positions.
