Founder Story
Love, unity, and belonging - these are the principles that motivated Alexis Kashar, a deaf civil rights attorney and entrepreneur, to launch ROSEBYANDER, a jewelry collection built on community, inspired by equality, and expressed through love.
ROSEBYANDER’s past and future remains rooted in impact. As a civil rights advocate, Alexis Kashar dedicated her career as a force for creating access and implementing monumental changes for society. Her desire and entrepreneurial spirit to create global change are inspired by her parents. Both also deaf, they founded a business that manufactures assistive technology products for the deaf and hard of hearing community, transforming the way they live and travel.
The Love Sign Pendant, designed by Alexis and her sister Debbie, is a continuation of the family’s legacy to enact positive change in every corner of the world.
