How to Return/Exchange:
We do not cover your shipping costs back to us. Please email [email protected] with your full name and email address to arrange returns/exchanges and also so we can contact you once we receive your package back to us. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied you must note the details by e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We may offer to
send you a substitute or replacement product but in any case you must return the faulty products to us as soon as possible. When trying on garments avoid beauty products coming into contact with the item. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession or whilst they are in transit. For this reason we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If we do not receive the items back from you, we may arrange for collection from your residence and we will charge you the cost of doing so. Exchanges:

We are happy to accept for return any dress, bikini still fitted with all security tags, warning labels and bags that is dispatched to us within 7 working days. You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to exchange. Please return them in the original packaging and in the same beautiful, unworn & unwashed condition, along with your proof of purchase. All tags and labels must remain on the items being returned for exchange. Please follow the return instructions via email, and mail your package back to us within 7 working days of receipt. Please identify which garment you would like in replacement. If the replacement item is less expensive we will refund the difference to you. There is no charge to exchange or a different size or item, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item. We offer one free exchange for every item. If the replacement item is more expensive than the original item you will need to pay the excess in the same way you made the original payment. Refunds
We are happy to accept Dresses for refund as long as they are unworn, sent back in perfect condition without tan or make up marks etc and still fitted with all security tags, warning labels and bags that is dispatched to us within 7 working days. With refunds on Bikinis you must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. Please return them in the original packaging and in the same beautiful, unworn & unwashed condition, along with your proof of purchase. All tags and labels must remain on the items being returned for a refund. Your payment will be credited back in to the original purchasers account. We do not cover shipping costs back to us. Returns for refunds are processed within 14 working days from receiving the item as the process can take up to 10 business days for the bank to complete. This can vary but unfortunately we are unable to influence this. Late Returns:
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 working days of your receipt. Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted by the discretion of Kaizen Koutureand may be only refunded as a credit note. Sale items
