The Making of 8 the Plate

8 the Plate was created by a husband and wife team. Anesa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a faculty member at Capella University. One night after giving a lecture on food refusal, she came home to have dinner with her family and was the subject of her own lecture... Her daughter was refusing her own meal! After implementing behavioral strategies to get her daughter to eat her dinner, she realized there had to be a more seamless way to do this! Luckily, her husband Joe is an aerospace engineer and she asked him to design a product that could facilitate all of the strategies that she was implementing. Fast forward many late nights and countless hours later, you have 8 the Plate!
