2022 color palette

Along with my mural class, I teach a theatrical sets class with a partner teacher. It is a super accelerated production!

The past 2 weeks, the students had to design background sets & costumes, dance, and act for a theatrical Carnaval parade with the theme of the 4 elements of Mother Earth. Just when I think the whole play won’t happen, the kids somehow manage to blow me away and pull it off. Props to students.

with my mural class . This was a small but important mural because it taught my students that never painted before that you can change a space with art. We also learned about composition, value, & color and how to talk about art that we think looks good.
