Today’s walk in Calderstones Park 🙌❤️🙌

When I wear a mask or face shield in public and in the shops , I want you to know that...
🔵 I'm educated enough to know that I could be asymptomatic and still give you the virus.
🔵 No, I don't "live in fear" of the virus; I just want to be part of the solution, not the problem.
🔵 I don't feel like the "government controls me". I feel like I'm an adult contributing to security in our society and I want to teach others the same.
🔵 If we could all live with the consideration of others in mind, the whole world would be a much better place.
🔵 Wearing a mask or face shield doesn't make me weak, scared, stupid or even "controlled". It makes me caring.
🔵 When you think about your appearance, discomfort, or other people's opinion of you, imagine a loved one - a child, father, mother, grandparent, aunt, uncle or even a stranger - placed on a ventilator, alone without you or any family member who is allowed at their bedside.
🔵 Ask yourself if you could have helped them a little while wearing a mask or face shield.

I’ve just treated myself to a self Hopi ear candling and facial Lymphatic drainage massage. I feel so much better and lighter 🙌❤️🙌

It’s very windy and turbulent.
We really need to hold on tight and not let ourselves slip.
We’ve made it thus far but we’re not out of the woods yet!
Stay safe, stay alert, the relaxing of lockdown doesn’t mean Covid has gone away!

These are certainly unprecedented times. We are navigating through territory that we personally have not walked before. This is creating fear in some of us and fear lowers our immune systems. Find ‘your’ way of overcoming your fears to enable you to stay strong. Consider what the end result can be and realise that ‘you’ chose these life lessons prior to this incarnation. You therefore, are in control of your part in this episode. Find your strength, your power and rise up to the challenge. Raise your vibration and shine your brightest light. Do not worry at this time about what ‘others‘are or are not doing. You are creating ripples that will inevitably reach the ‘others’, keep going, you’ve got this 🙌❤️🙌

Good morning, a bright new dawn, a brand new month what are you going to do to make a positive change? 🙌❤️🙌

It’s Sunday, take the traditional day of rest to go inside of yourself, reflect on who you are and where your power lies. Take whatever steps you need to with courage and commitment, to be who you are meant to be.

This makes no sense at all!!

The government will not let zoos reopen indefinitely. They are all running out of money because paying customers aren't allowed in. The animals still need food and Chester zoo is now in desperate need of help. So shockingly sad! I heard today that they are possibly having to choose which animals should live and which should die. Chester zoo thought the government would let them reopen as they have put social distancing measures in place. Places like Ikea and the retail shops opening should never come before poor innocent animals needing food. We can live without new furniture for a while but these animals need to be fed. I don't like to ask anyone to share, but in this case please do.
