Long time no post. I’m currently sorting through bits ahead of the new year. I’ve got some stock left. Ranging from 30-38 B-G cups. There’s also a range of knickers available, some will match certain bra sizes.

I’d like to give the beautiful bras and knickers a new home. There’s also a few random night dresses.

Bras will be no more than £25 knickers will be no more than £10. Night dresses £15.

7 years of my life, closed in a click.

The closing process happened three months earlier than I’d planned so the last two weeks have been quite chaotic. Your love, kindness and support has been wholeheartedly appreciated.

It’s hard not to reflect on things when chapters end and it’s crazy thinking about how I ended up setting up this business and the gains and losses throughout the process. Closing this business wasn’t the plan I had 7 years ago but everything else that I wanted from life along side it has become my reality and I’m so grateful for those things.

I still want to use this account for my lingerie escapades after a much needed break whilst I make getting married my entire personality for the next three months (joking… sort of) so hold tight and I’ll be back in time.

It’s been a privilege providing you with beautiful lingerie. So for the last time as a business, thank you for everything.

End of an era - 17.03.23 💖

I started Claudia May Lingerie at the age of 19. I chose setting up a business as my alternative to university. After six and a bit years, my love for lingerie is still strong. I wear my matching sets daily and coordinate colours to my outfits.

The thing that has deteriorated over time is my love for e-commerce. I chose lingerie as my path because of the transition great lingerie gives to women. The confidence that comes with a great fitting bra that’s beautiful, is a feeling everyone deserves.
I’ve done many fittings over the years and I’ve even done fittings over facetime and these moments have been the highlight of the last 6.5 years.

My day is made when customers send me emails thanking me for their packages, the added tea on large orders, the hand written notes. I always strived to provide a personalised service despite my business being through a screen. You’d never email a large brand for a nicely wrapped package so this is how I know I’ve done something different and something special.

Those who know me personally know I’m the biggest people person. I have a 9-5 as a marketing manager for a company I love working for, I run a network for young professionals and sit as a director for a CIC championing Bath based businesses. I love the opportunities I’m currently working on and they bring me so much joy. I also have other projects in the pipeline that I can’t wait to start working on.

So after six and a half years, it’s time to say goodbye to Claudia May Lingerie.
This isn’t a sad time, it’s one for celebration. I am so so proud of everything I’ve achieved, learned and the service I’ve delivered and the friends I’ve made. I love this community and I wouldn’t change anything for the world. If I didn’t have CML I wouldn’t have met the man I’m going to marry this summer. I owe this business a lot but I owe it to myself to focus on the things that bring me happiness on a daily basis.

Due to Royal Mail strikes we would recommend placing an order by the end of Monday 19th December (UK Orders). We will upgrade your delivery to 1st class from the 15th December.
Orders places between 5th December - 19th December can be returned up to 13th January. Any orders places after this date will have the standard two week return period from the day of receiving your parcel (signed for will help us record this). Items must be unworn with tags attached and in a resell-able condition. If they are not they will be returned to the customer without a refund being issued.
Our returns policy does not apply to gift cards which are always non-refundable.
