Mad creations created by M.A.D Creations Chef Melissa Dukharan is a young entrepreneur who is passionate about food .

She holds a Bachelors of science degree in Food Service Management, with a major in Culinary Arts, from the University of Technology, Jamaica. She has worked for top hotels, restaurants and food manufacturers and offers services such as food styling, food consulting and catering. With her creative and imaginative ideas, she can turn boring ingredients into a “MAD” masterpiece.
