Elika Studio is a Pakistan based brand started with an aim of financially liberating impoverished artisans through the platform of fashion. We seek to transform our mundane, routine activities to contribute positively to society. With each Elika purchase, you help empower artisans who are struggling tirelessly to make ends meet. rmal markets. These artisans come from impoverished backgrounds and lack social inclusion. They are enrolled at our partner organizations for vocational training and handcraft high-quality products: women clothing and home textiles. The products sold through Elika Studio inculcate a sense of community and social inclusion in our artisans and provides them with a running income flow that enables them to lead self-sufficient lives. Where we want to be? In Persian, Elika means a blooming, fruitful tree. Our aim is to do justice to our name. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
ELIKA OFFERS FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON TWO OR MORE ORDERS! A flat fee of USD 25 applies to single purchases. We dispatch within 3 weeks of order placement and provide the tracking number to the customer on the email address provided in the order form. There may be delays at customs; Elika is not responsible once the item has been shipped. International orders may be subject to import taxes determined by the destination country. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Import taxes, customs fees, and duty payments are always collected on delivery. Your local postal service may deliver on a weekday or a weekend, so please choose your shipping address accordingly. EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges at this time. RETURNS
Each Elika product has a description written with it. We urge customers to ensure they are ordering the right size and avoid the need of return. Items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned. All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the product. We do not accept return made later than that. Return products must be unworn, unwashed and must have all tags attached. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of returned product. Please note that original and return shipping fees are not refundable. Please print the return form, fill it and attach it with every product that is returned. Once return is dispatched, the customer should notify us of the tracking number by sending a message. After Elika receives your return, it takes 10 business days to process your refund. We notify the customer when the return is received. If you paid for the return product through
Paypal, we will refund to your Paypal account only. If you paid through a bank transfer, your refund will be paid to that bank account. Please note that all charges regarding refund (Paypal or bank) will be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we do not refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
