The SSLG officers of SHS and JHS came together to spread kindness and give back to our community by providing free iftar meals to those in need.
This year, many individuals and families in our province are facing immense challenges due to the ongoing difficulties. However, the spirit of Ramadhan reminds us of the importance of helping those in need and coming together as a community to break bread with one another.

The student leaders of DATU IBRAHIM PAGLAS MEMORIAL COLLEGE successfully conducted the "ISLAMIC SYMPOSIUM" about the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.

The guest of speakers Ust. Kamarudin Usman, Ust. Abdulrajak Saleh, Ust. Abujunaid Paglas and Ustadza Halima Utto Mabang.

Also present were some of the department heads Ma'am Badria K. Talembo, Ph.D BOT Treasurer of DIPMC, Ma'am Zambra Duruin College Program Head, School Registrar Ma'am Raida Malagenti , Ma'am Rocaya P. Kamama LPT Secondary Department Head, the School Guidance Counselor Ust. Abusama A. Abad, OSA Director Sir Dhong B. Gading, The School Administrator Sir Zukarno P. Hadjinor and others.

One of their topics is the importance of the month of Ramadhan, what is the month of Ramadhan, its benefits, dos and don'ts, and much more.

Further, they also prepared KANDULI for those who attended that event.

March 5 2024 || JHS SSG Officers holds its 11th Meeting and Activity Review!

The meeting is called to review the next program and project for the DIPMC'IANS and assess its impact to the institution and the students. In addition, the officers tackled the upcoming program for this year 2024 and validation of the project.

Further, during the meeting, there were many activities tackled which shall pave way for the upcoming celebration of Ramadhan 2024.

Meanwhile, the officers enjoyed the moment together asking one another about their lives and how are they doing with the happenings.

WELCOMING THE RAMADHAN 1443H ||𝗜𝗦𝗟𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗖 𝗦𝗬𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗨𝗠 2024🕌

As-Salaamu 'Alaykum. The Students Government Organization & All Department Officers of Datu Ibrahim Paglas Memorial College will be conducting an Islamic symposium on March 6, 2024 at Datu Ibrahim Paglas Memorial College, Covered Court.

Ramadan is the month of blessing in which the Quran was revealed to Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and fasting in Ramadan is one of the five pillars of Islam. Fasting is for our benefit as Allah says in the Quran.

“O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you. so that you may learn self-restraint. Quran 2:183”

Indeed, Allah multiplies the rewards of deeds during this month, as the Prophet (pbuh) said: “Whoever draws near to Allaah during this month by doing some good deeds is like one who does an obligatory action at any other time, and the one who does an obligatory action during this month is like one who does seventy obligatory actions at any other times.”

So prepare your mind, body, and soul for the holy month to gain maximum benefit.🕋☪️
