🌱 Introducing Luntian I
At the heart of our initiatives is Luntian I, an innovative mobile Black Soldier Fly larvae colony. This project features a unique three-layered design that efficiently produces livestock feed while simultaneously generating organic fertilizer. Luntian I represents our commitment to sustainable agriculture and circular economy principles.

We are thrilled to announce that Quezon City University is part of the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2024! This outstanding achievement showcases our commitment to upholding global standards of excellence in higher education and our contribution to sustainable development.

The official launch will take place on June 12, 2024. We invite you to celebrate this significant milestone and our continued commitment to providing impactful education and research.

We, the Team SIBOL together with the Team SPARENT, extend our heartfelt gratitude for the privilege of engaging in a courtesy call with the esteemed President of Quezon City University, Dr. Theresita V. Atienza last February 23, 2024. Our time together was marked by insightful and fruitful discussions, where ideas were exchanged and visions for the future were shared. With Dr. Atienza's guidance and support, we are confident in the potential for impactful collaboration and innovation.

Last December 10, 2023, our team, Sustainable Initiatives for Bountiful Organic Living (SIBOL), was recognized as Grand Winner in the Innohub: Mga Solusyon Mula sa Bagong Henerasyon. This event competition was organized by the Quezon City Youth Development Office (QCYDO). Our project, Luntian 1: Mobile Black Soldier Fly Larvae Colony, has received a ₱100,000 grant for future developments and implementation of the project.

Being recognized as the Grand Winner in the Innohub competition by the Quezon City Youth Development Office is not just an honor but also a testament to our team's innovative spirit. We look forward to continuing our journey of making a positive impact in our community!
