🚨 If you get a random payment and someone asks you to send it back, it's probably a scam. The fraudster likely used a stolen credit card or bank account to send the money, and if you return it, it'll just go to their personal account.

Once the real owner reports the theft, that cash will be taken out of your account. Stay smart and stay safe!

"Reports of these attempts have risen 1,100 percent between 2015 and 2017, and in 2017 alone, there was an estimated loss of nearly $1 billion in real estate transaction costs."
