If you don’t like putting oils on the bottom of your feet. Place a drop in your belly button and rub your belly. You even can diffuse Serenity at night in your bedroom.

Tasty! I use OnGuard daily to support my immune system especially when I am around kids who comes to school sick with a cold or something. It helps big time.

You can add 1-2 drops of ginger essential oil instead of ginger. Make sure you mix the oil in the honey so it dissolve better in the juice.

Thought for the day. This is why I been a DoTerra Advocate.

See when I started to learn about the effects of toxic chemicals that are allowed in most household products, I made a change.

I figure you can pay the doctor (CONSTANTLY - like I was doing) or you can choose to pay the FARMER.

I made changes to how we eat. I made changes to how we bathe. I made changes to how we clean. You can too. It may not happen for you all at once. But if you make small changes along the way, the good crowds out the bad. You'll start craving the good, REAL stuff rather than what's artificial, but has been passed off as real to you for your whole life!

Just because companies are allowed to do the things they do, doesn't mean you have to accept it. Here are a few simple swaps:

1. Replace toxic household cleaners with OnGuard Household Cleaner. One bottle can be used to clean every single surface in your home. This doesn't just equal a clean swap, it's an EASY BUTTON! (I'm serious- windows, doors, floors, bathroom surfaces, kitchen surfaces, etc)

2. Replace toxic air fresheners, wax melts, sprays and candles with ONE diffuser. I like to have one per room, but you can start with one and grow your collection from there. The beauty is you buy it once, and then you can change up the aroma every day! Use therapeutic grade essential oils to scent your home instead of toxic chemicals.

3. Choose foods that are organic- but please make sure you still wash them. Even foods labeled organic may have been sprayed with "organic approved pesticides" so it's important to clean it before you eat it. We use thieves essential oil -or- Thieves Fruit and Veggie Wash.

4. When you pick up a packaged food item, check the ingredients. Don't buy it unless there are 5 ingredients or less. There are plenty of solid options out there now! You don't have to eat food full of chemical preservatives.

5. Drink filtered water. I love my Berkey! (Although it works better on city water not well water)

6. You can replace your laundry detergent, dish detergent, bath products, makeup, etc with OnGuard clean product lines.
