I cannot wait to go back to Costa Rica! Millissa Greenwood and I are heading to the Goddess Gardens on the Carribean side of Costa Rica.

Our vision for this getaway in paradise is to take full advantage of us all being together. Having the time and space to dive deep into Acro and all the reasons why we love this practice. From exploring technique, offering fun flows, jam time and all the fun times in between.

THE VIBE
First we would like to acknowledge that the support of many of you who will read this and potentially attend this retreat are making this possible. Thank you so much for your support over the years! We are so excited for our first international retreat. So a big part of the vibe for this retreat will be gratitude! We are coming together for a week in paradise!!

What are we throwing down? A retreat training experience that will incorporate both epic, fun, and safe Acro with adventures and time on the beach in Costa Rica! This retreat has life long memories written all over it.
