American made is something that you don't hear much about anymore. However, American made muscle cars is something that cannot be taken away. There are no other cars in the world that provide the thrill of a muscle car. 'Cuda Brothers are big fans of Mopar with the 'Cuda at the top of the list. We feel so strongly about it that we put it in our name. Your support by liking our FB page and visiting

Before and After and More to Come
We do things a little different. Will it pay off? Maybe not? Will it be better? For Sure.

It's been quite on the 'Cuda Brother's front but big changes are happening. The red 'Cuda will be going through a transformation changing it from a really cool car to a really great car. The green car on the left finally has its numbers matching engine back, and the blue 'Cuda will be getting its numbers matching engine cleaned up and reinstalled along with a different exhaust. You think Mopar's sound great from the factory. This one will be even better while still keeping the blue 'Cuda looking as close to original as possible.

What makes 'Cudas so special is you'll rarely see anything like them on the streets or anything that demands the attention they deserve. Anyone think a modern day supercar would get more attention than this muscled up version of an AAR 'Cuda? Not even close.

'Cuda Brothers have been out of commission for some time now taking care of family, but expect to see more of us from here on out. It's time to get back into what we do best, "Preserving the Barracuda Legend". It's good to be back.

1972 Plymouth 'Cuda
The no stripe car is a 'Cuda Brothers 'Cuda. It was purchased with an aftermarket stripe that had to go during restoration. I felt that the black vinyl top provided plenty of contrast to the blue and I did not want to cover up that incredible paint job.

The bottom car has a factory stripe that was a one only 1972 stripe. Anything else is not correct to the year. It's extremely rare to see the factory correct stripe for 1972 as I have seen the 1972 'Cuda with the 1970 Hockey Stick stripe, 1971 billboard stripe and even the 1973-1974 stripe which is wider at the back then the front.

If anyone recognizes the 'Cuda with the stripe or you are the owner, please let me know. We would like more information about your car. Well done. Which do you prefer. Stripe of no stripe. It will not hurt my feelings if you pick the one with the stripe even though my 'Cuda has won several car show awards. No pressure.

'Cudas have been known to go fast in a straight line. We will dig up the archived video of this 'Cuda as the smoke covered up the entire car. Watching it reappear was pretty exciting to see.

If you have never gone to a drag strip it's something to see. Feel the rumble, smell the fumes and smoke and hear the power. Check it out the next chance you get before we enter into the new era of electric cars as they quietly zip down the strip.

Purchased this 'Cuda in 1977 in obvious need of a restoration. Under the hood was in real bad shape but we are talking about a numbers matching and pretty much original car all the way through. Now it's more original than it was back in 1977 with the exception of a bit more horsepower under the hood. We'll cover more of that later. Restorations are never over.

The Missing 340
This 340 was modified but 'Cuda Brother Dan is OK with that since it's now back in its original home in his green 'Cuda.

I have since found another 340 and did my own modifications. The 1974 red 'Cuda was originally a 318 car. Since it had a 340 when I bought it, why not find another one and build it to have even more horsepower. It is not an easy task to find a rebuildable 340 but that's what I did.

Flintstone's Barracuda
Not sure what the gear ratio is but it is very slow.

They Go Better Straight
No matter how you look at it, they always look good. You would certainly see this one coming.

We have been told that you can convert the suspensions so they ride on rails. We have a Hotchkis suspension kit waiting to be installed on a 'Cuda. We would like to hear from anyone who has upgraded the suspension on a 'Cuda. Tell us your story.

Pair of Cudas
Not often you see one 'Cuda in these parts but it's pretty special when we can take them both out together. Our plan is to have the third one join in but may need a driver. Any volunteers?
