I had to drag myself to the gym, wasn’t feeling it but I went in and I did biceps and triceps and only 20 minutes cardio .
I just didn’t have much drive today but that’s ok, it’s better than nothing 😊

Cable upright rows
DB shoulder press
Lateral raises
Front raises
Leaning lateral raises
Cable rear flyes
*4 sets each *
30 minutes cardio then much needed stretching 😊

Today’s workout was bis, tris, abs and cardio!

*Peanut butter protein balls*
 ~2 cups oats
 ~2 cups peanut butter
 ~3 scoops protein powder
 ~sprinkled in Chia seeds and flaxseed
 ~drizzled in some honey
Mix well, add a few tablespoons of water as needed. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
