I really suck at taking pics but tonight I've just finished natural braids on a lovely mum and daughter ❤️❤️
The young teen had then done in preparation for Operation Flinders! She won't have to worry about her hair now for the week!!
I hope she has the best time ❤️❤️❤️

So excited! Hubby designed me some new business cards and they arrived today.
I think he did a great job 😁

I get asked a lot what top braids are!
Top braids are essentially half a head of braid just like the photo below!!

Love this young girl colour choice!! I'd been waiting forever for someone to choose this 😂

This new mum just wanted to not worry about her for a while!
Her hair was thick, short and kinda choppy down the back of the head with a blunt cut at the bottom.
Short hair likes to poke out the braid as does being choppy.
Blunt cuts like to stick out the colour down the plait of the braid.
I made my customer fully aware that this may happen right from the beginning.
I left some down at the back however it decided it wanted to sit everywhere but flat and straight.
With all considering I managed to get as much hair as I could hidden in the braid!!
Customer left very happy and that's what's important to me ❤️

It was to the back of her knees!! She's already for soccer tomorrow!!

Yesterday seen me with a couple of challenges 😂
Short thick blunt cut hair and super super fine But we got through with happy outcomes!!
Today was about length, the longer the better!!

On Friday I did this beauties hair for an engagement party on Saturday night ❤️
Not only are they still going strong they have also been washed twice, straightened twice and curled. Wow!!
She also had very thin hair with lots of baby hair so we weren't sure how they would go.
The first pic is ready to go out the second is today!!
