Creating binge-worthy courses is FUN for you, the course creator, and they're fun and engaging for your students too.

When you've got an idea for an online course, the FIRST thing to do is a BUNCH of what I call MRIs - Market Research Interviews.

MRIs are a way to:
1. Discover what your ideal clients struggle with.

2. Discover what they want instead

3. Learn the exact words they use to talk about all this

4. Find out if they're interested in your course (if they're not, it's so important to learn this NOW, before you've spent a ton of time planning your course)

5. Set them up for a follow up to give you feedback on your course idea and line them up to buy it in the follow up call

🔹SELF-TALK🔹 From @jess_ekstrom A very interesting study was done on basketball players that found motivational self-talk is far more effective than instructional self-talk. Try this in your next practice/training/game/match 🔸Instead of telling yourself what to do regarding your form or technique, remind yourself that you’re good enough and that you can do the specific task you’re trying to perform. 🔸When you make a mistake, instead of trying to “fix” it with your self-talk, accept it and use your self-talk to move onto the next play.
