AN INSIGHT.
‘ Zimbambwe is like a jewellery box where mother nature keeps her favorite minerals’ . As said by prospects Zimbabwe is one country in the world which is said to have about 60 minerals existing between grades A and B. It is said that 60 percent of it is dominated by Archean rocks which are gold bearing rocks. These rocks are said to occupy only 6 percent of the whole world but Zimbabwe is the only country which has a majority of them. As CHINDUMBU CONGLOMERATE our main focus on the mining side is to implore safe and efficient ways to the mining industry so as to minimize accidents which occur due poor planning of the mine. We provide a complete package on the mining side where we deal with all the aspects of mining from excavation to processing. We as a company , have our own mine situated in Zvishavane which mainly focuses on the mining the platinum group of minerals (PGM). Our current operational capacity as of 29 Aug 2018 was at 69 percent. The mine has not yet reached full capacity in terms of excavation and processing due to the fact that it is still a new kid on the block but is expected to be operating at 100 percent by 2020. CHINDUMBU CONGLOMERATE has got a franchise which provides mining equipment to small scale miners such as generators, compressors, jack hammers, winches, pumps, primary and secondary crushers. We also have got an Apprentice training course where we teach our young men and women several courses found in the mining industry such as mine survey, mine ventilation, mine blast( not FBL), geology, mine planning and design. The Company also offers contracting services to other mines in the sense that it can operate under another mine providing labour force, transport services etc. Our main goal behind all this is to uplift the lives of ordinary Zimbabwean youths with a foresight which predicts that by 2030 the company would have changed an average of 20 000 lives.
