And that’s a wrap! Day 2 at UCAS DISCOVERY in London complete with Springpod 🚀
With over 3000 registrations and 60KG worth of popcorn handed out, it’s been a successful and busy two days for our team!
The event once again showcased the UCAS and Springpod partnership, with our bespoke set up offering an immersive cinema experience that offered the perfect opportunity for prospective students to sit down and watch the Subject Spotlight videos to get an insight into the courses they were interested in.
With Manchester and London complete, roll on the Birmingham event! 🍿 🎞
At the start of the month, we teamed up with StudentRoost to help support their Open Day. 🏢
We hit the streets of Belfast with a brightly branded ad walker board, spreading the word and getting students to head over to the Roost property.
Once there, we continued the fun with popcorn, mini-golf, and a magic selfie mirror to create a playful environment that matched the Roost brand. ⛳ 🍿 📸
Roost were able to welcome 77 walk-ins, giving them the chance to show off their facilities and let students know about their brand new property, Nelson Place, opening next academic year!
It was all about the finishing touches for this campaign, from branded popcorn keep cups and fun fair tickets that were given out on the street, to floor stickers around the city and branded crazy golf score cards.
We're live again! This time we're sipping & sampling our way across the country with Lipton Ice Tea. We've been to Leeds and are now in Manchester. Catch us on campus at UWE and Coventry towards the end of the week for a refreshing break from the books and make the end of term that much cooler🧊☕🍹

Our street teams were out and about last week visiting different private student accommodations across London with the Lucky Dip Box. 📦🍬💰
With our fully branded cardboard-looking box, our team were able to capture valuable data from students as well as inform them of Lovespaces’ student storage services.

GoPuff Goes Live!💙🚲🧦
Recently we teamed up with to spread the word about their speedy delivery service to students. Here’s a quick rundown of what we got up to:
➡️ Planned and delivered on-site days at 14 universities. With our custom branded trikes we created an interactive experience roaming around campus, engaging with students and handing out over 4,900 pieces of GoPuff merchandise.
➡️ Took our campaign to the streets with 22 days of flyering across 14 different cities, delivering tempting discount codes specifically for students.
➡️ Packed and distributed over 2,250 bags of GoPuff product samples to 23 accommodation blocks in 12 cities, showcasing the convenience of getting essentials delivered right to students’ doorsteps.
➡️ Activated 61 pieces of digital media across 24 Student Unions
Our goal was to raise awareness, generate excitement, and drive student engagement for GoPuff, and we're confident that we've achieved just that.
This Freshers we’ll be handing out 150,000 Start Fresh sampling goody bags to students across 50 UK campuses.

🎉 Whoa! What an incredible campaign we just had! We teamed up with to create a super memorable sampling campaign that rocked the student scene throughout the country.
We went all out, providing complete campaign, design and production support. And our team? They were enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to make a lasting impression on every student they encountered, making sure all 10,000 samples found their way into the hands of students in Sheffield, Bournemouth, and Salford.
It was a massive hit! The aesthetically pleasing sample packaging and clear, concise offer left students walking away with a genuine interest to explore more of the Fenty brand.

Just before Easter, our team went to 7 different student unions, handed out over 1,200 branded cups filled with sweets and reached over 1,200 app registrations 📲.
On top of that we had 34 pieces of media go live to raise awareness of the event!
Working on this campaign with Azar definitely hit a sweet spot, it was great to help get the Azar name out to students and help students meet people like never before! 🍭🍬
We loved working in partnership with brand and content agency, 106 Communications to support them with their client Unlocked Graduates. We provided 33 brand ambassadors, across 11 locations during a recent campus tour, all with the aim of raising awareness of Unlocked’s award-winning leadership development programme. 🔑
From recruitment, briefing and training, to the ongoing management, we worked closely with 106 Communications to achieve over 1500 QR scans and over 900 plays of its Whack-to-win online game.
So excited for our client , who have announced they are a finalist for the Sammies 2023 marketing award. 🎉🏆💥

Last month we got 2,500 bottles of their new Rosé cidre into the hands of students to celebrate all things pink! 💖

One more sleep till Santa!! Earlier this month our Media Sales team managed to get together in London travelling in from all over to celebrate 2022!💙
They spent the day trying out some Curling at the Curling Club followed by some food and drinks at Las Iguanas 🍻🍹. What a lovely get together to celebrate the holidays 🎄🥳

Thankfully our student marketing skills are a lot better than our hovercrafting abilities, but despite a few crashes we still had an amazing time together. Shoutout to team 3 who came out on top! Excited to see what other fun activities we get up to in 2023!
For our 8th day of Crowd-mas, we’re looking back at our whole team away day in London!
It was a pleasure to spend the day with our Parent company ! We finally got to put many faces to names and had an awesome time getting to know each other whilst speaking about the plans for the future.
Here’s a throwback to that great day – we’re looking forward to what 2023 brings as a part of this great team🤩.

It’s day 4! A highlight of ours this year has been working with !🥪🌯🥗🍽
For this, we thought FRESH(ers)! We placed them in front of students across 10 different freshers' fairs and it was a hit - what student doesn’t love a free sandwich!
We also LOVED the eco-friendly motivations of the brand - because of this we prioritised the use of sustainable, biodegradable and recyclable materials.
We always strive to act as an extension of our clients marketing teams. Attending meetings such as all agency days is all part and parcel of what we do at Crowd. We really enjoyed our day out in Northampton and look forward to working with Urban Eat and all their succulent sarnies in 2023.😍
