I should be able to figure out breastfeeding on my own...
I should know how to handle my motherhood emotions on my own....
I should know how to run a shipshape house perfectly on my own...
I should know how to run a side hustle business on my own...
I should know how important selfcare is and how to stay on top of that on my own...
I should be able to know how to handle every parenting situation on my own...
I should be able to figure this all out on my own...
But instead I feel
🙋♀️overwhelmed
🙋♀️alone
🙋♀️unsure
🙋♀️unhappy
🙋♀️stuck...
When we learn how to drive we get someone to teach us
When we train for a marathon on competition level we hire a coach
When we struggle in our marriages we get a counseling...
When we get sick we go to a doctor...
So who said this crazy journey of being mom/business woman/superwife needs to be figured out alone...
Maybe it's time to get a cheerleader on your side, someone who truly believes in you and helps you get the systems in place to truly take care of yourself first so you can take care of those around you...
