Smoking;

It's the greatest, single, and most preventable cause of illnesses and premature deaths in most parts of the world. It's has been associated with so many terrible and life-threatening diseases including;

1) lung cancer: Cigarette smoking is the number one risk factor for lung cancer.

2) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: an obstructive lung disease that makes it hard to breathe. It causes serious long-term disability and early death.

3)Major heart disease: by blocking and narrowing in your arteries, which means less blood and oxygen flow to your heart.
4)Stroke: this happens when the blood supply to your brain is temporarily blocked. Brain cells are deprived of oxygen and start to die.
5)Asthma: smoking makes it worse.

6)Reproductive Effects in Women: causes ectopic pregnancy (when a fertilized egg implants somewhere other than the uterus) and reduced fertility.

7)Decreased libido in men: it can lead to the narrowing of the arteries, which means it can obstruct the blood flow to the p***s. The damage that smoking has on the blood vessels, and its effect on sexual performance can be permanent.

8)Premature, Low Birth-Weight Babies.

The spine which is also know as the vertebral column, is a vital part of human body which needs to b taken care of, the spine helps in bending, good posture n movement, if the spine is not properly taken care of maybe as a result of having lifting n arduous exercises,this can lead to sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
Ways to take care of ur spine.
1. Reevaluate ur sitting posture.
2. Make exercise ur lifestyle. But nt vigorous exercise.
3. Avoid lifting objects that are 25% heavier than ur weight.
4. Maintain a good balance deir, especially vitamin D n some anti inflammatory diets.
5. If u are a smoker, get help now, u need to stop.
6. If u suffer from pains every morning, consider buying a new n good mattress, of better u can cultivate a good sleeping position.
7. Remember that depression can cause a significant role in back pain, seek help if u need it in the form of counselling n relaxation methods.
