What is Dark Room Ballet?
Hosted by Movement Research, Dark Room Ballet is a unique program designed to serve the specific educational needs of blind and visually impaired people. Dark Room Ballet is created and taught by Krishna Washburn and coordinated by Alejandra Ospina.

About the Intro Level Cycle
This class is suitable for people with no prior knowledge of ballet.The class introduces students to necessary anatomical concepts like turnout, torso stability, foot sensitivity and mobility, sightless balancing, and the use of a taped floor for orientation.

The Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day office operations and a wide variety of administrative tasks that support the creation, production, and education of dance in the greater Cleveland area. This person will work closely with GroundWorks’ new Executive Director to assess and re-organize office procedures to run efficiently. There will be a high level of autonomy and most working hours will be spent in the office but a hybrid work situation may be possible.
