We pack SO many spices into Rose's Chilli crisp, each mouthful is a flavour and crunch explosion!

You'll find each jar packed right to the top with crunch, there's never any leftover oil at the end of the jar.

Cold rainy days call for warm lunches like this delicious Korean Vege pancake, topped with fried eggs, avocado, coriander and Rose's Chilli Crisp.

I also drizzled on some black Chinese vinegar, soy sauce, sweetened black rice wine vinegar and some sweet soy sauce.

Korean vege pancakes are my go-to when I have some veges in the fridge that need using. I don't even need a recipe for it!

Just finely shred some carrot, cabbage, spring onions or whatever veges you like and mix in a big bowl with some flour, water and salt, you just want a little bit of batter to keep all the veges together.

Add to a hot frying pan with some neutral oil and cook for 5 minutes each side and serve with any toppings that take your fancy!

YUM!!!

Shoutout to my amazing partner Mike, who not only encouraged and supported me to start this wee bizz when our little one Sunny was only 6 months old, but then when demand grew, jumped right on board and is now making Chilli crisp, packing your orders and helping out behind the scenes. What a human!

Wow what a month!!! comes to an end today and it's been so amazing to be a part of THREE of the burgers this year.

I can't even describe the feeling of being at a restaraunt and seeing people ordering a burger that your condiment is on. I've had so many messages from people saying they loved the burgers and it's truly warmed my heart.

We went into to try their burger and OH MY GOD IT WAS SO YUM!

Charcoal grilled 160g prime beef patty with corned beef palusami, Rose's chilli crisp, and garlic aioli in a steamed bun, with salt and vinegar taro crisps.

I've never had anything like this burger, the beef patty was so smokey, pink and juicy. The palusami was delicious and creamy which was the perfect pairing with Rose's Chilli Crisp. Best part is that you can add the salt and vinegar taro crisps into the burger and it gives you that hit of acidity to cut through the richness of the burger.

We really enjoyed this burger and would happily eat it again! Well done to the chefs for putting together such a yummy feed.

Dorito buttermilk fried chicken, cheddar, Rose's chilli crisp, pickles, shredded iceberg, creole aioli in a brioche bun, with housemade tater tots and creole aioli.

Man this burger is seriously delicious! I was sad when it was over 😂
Such a crispy, creamy, savoury delight with just enough freshness from the lettuce and pickles.

Had to pop into to try this DELICIOUS dish with Rose's Chilli Crisp 🤤

Fried flatbread with buffalo curd, Rose's Chilli Crisp and fresh rocket from their garden out the back.

The flatbread was so soft and chewy with an amazing crunch on the edges. The buffalo curd was so a lovely and creamy alongside the crunchy, savoury, spicy chilli crisp. Plus the addition of the rocker and squeeze of lemon gave it that light zing to bring it all together 🔥🔥🔥

Honestly outstanding, get in there and try it!
