Hello!
Just an update,
Unfortunately due to repeatedly having last minute cancellations/reschedules
Or no shows to appointments, I have decided that effective from
Tuesday 11th June
All clients will need a card on file or to pay a 50% deposit upfront on booking.
This is because I will be implementing a strict late cancellation/ no show policy,
From 1st July.

It’s very unfortunate it has come to this however every late cancellation or no show is time I could have booked someone else in, and the same applies when you choose not to have all booked services on the day.
Which leaves me without income.

Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment are classed as late. And will be charged 50% of the service cost.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

I understand times are rough, but my booking system provides ample notice to reschedule your appointments.

Owner/operator of Keish’s Hair co.
I work out of Bowjanglz Hair Studio and along side the amazing team in there.
I am both a hair dresser and beautician.
I have an amazing partner who will attest to the hair I bring home in my shoes and the colour stains up my arms!
Together we have two hilarious dingos (yes real ones!) and two cats we love them very much ❤️
I play dodgeball for fun and for serious, and I love to have a laugh.

Can’t wait to meet new clients and laugh about how bad I am at socials with my existing ones! 🤭
