“Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses, in His own body on the tree” “If we really believe this wonderful truth believe this wonderful truth, we will claim our deliverance and step out, acting as we believe. In seeking healing for our bodies, we are so apt to look at feelings or symptoms and believe we are healed just in proportion to the amount we see and feel when in reality, we are healed when we believe.
“Whatsoever ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye have received and ye shall have.”(Mk.11:24) The work was all finished on Calvary. On Calvary’s tree the remedy is found that will heal all sicknesses and diseases of the soul and body. Jesus offers it unto us free. It is “look and live.” Therefore, all we have to do is to appropriate it to our own individual needs. Sometimes it is instantly realized in the body, but more often it is a gradual deliverance, requiring us to step out in faith before we see any signs of having it.
We have salvation the same way- claiming it by faith before we feel any change in our hearts. So we must see with the eye of faith, our body healing, before it can be made manifest in us. Now faith is not natural sight; if it was it would no longer be faith, but reality. Faith is believing God and His Word and that He will do all that He has promised. “It counts the things which be not (like perfect, well bodies) as though they were”; and the things which be (like feelings and symptoms) as though they were not, because God said so and what He says is true. Faith looks away from the natural, from the things of the senses, and see the fulfillment of the promise through Christ’s complete work on Calvary.
It see every need supplied through the atonement. It then believes and acts and will soon bring forth the fruit—a healthy body. We must believe after the prayer of faith has been given, for “Whatsoever ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye have received, and ye shall have.” We must cling to the promises of Jesus instead of looking at our feelings, or going by them, for our senses are false witnesses unto us when we step out in faith.
If we are looking and going by our feelings, we are believing them instead of believing God. We are to believe as we pray. We often ask God to heal us and then we begin to note how we feel, and worry and fret about the things that are seen. We concluded because we didn’t feel any better, that God had not healed or heard our prayers. What’s the matter? Simply, we were believing feelings instead of God and His Word. The believing is not in accordance with the praying.”
(This is what I was taught and preached in the mid 80’s in the faith movement, and I haven’t gone to the doctors since 1984, Jesus heals me every time. I put faith in Him and His Word. It was nice to come across this teaching from Grandma Maria, and she had the signs following to confirming the Word, Mk.16:20 Jack Welch 6-18-19)

While in our youth days, after our graduation from the university, we were posted for service. A vibrant Christian Brother and l reported at our service centre. Not long after our arrival, some people organised a welcome party for NYSC (Corpers), where we were both invited. Immediately, l said ‘’NO’’, we’re God’s children, we don’t attend worldly parties. They replied, ‘’you are S.U, you are old-school, you are swegbe’’. At this junction my friend couldn’t take a stand for the Lord. He made a choice. He said to me, Bro Gbile please let’s not do so, let’s attend, it’s just a party nothing more. But l insisted on my decision.

So, he honoured their invitation. According to him, seated at the dancing hall, he was offered a bottle of alcohol. He rejected it and demanded for a bottle of Malt. While he was drinking, a lady walked up to him and said, ‘’how can you a man be drinking malt? Even me, a girl could finish a bottle of Gulder’’ he became ashamed. For the first time in his life, he requested for a glass of alcohol. To shorten the long tragic story, just a glass of beer took him away from Christ. Every effort l made to restore him to the faith was to no avail.

Many years later, l saw him, hardly could l recognise him. He was so haggard and battered. His life was a mirage. His marriage ruined, and destiny shattered. Then he looked at my face and said, ‘’Bro Gbile l envy you. What you are now is what l could have been, but look at where l am today. I wish l could reverse the choice l made’’ Then he stood weeping profusely. Though l prayed and restored him to Christ, but the lost ground and the wasted years he never recovered. Not too long he died.

I believe this is why the Holy Spirit has strongly laid it on my heart to reach the youths at this end of the age. Though your destiny is precious and very bright, but it is contested. The ground the devil wins in your life today is where he will pitch his tent tomorrow. Now l see Jesus the mighty warrior, with all his power and might ready to save you, but it seems the enemy is saying, you are old enough to choose for yourself.

The choice to win or lose is yours. In order to be victorious in the battle for the young, you must accept Jesus into your heart NOW THAT YOU ARE YOUNG.

When peace, like a river, attendeth my way,
When sorrows like sea billows roll;
Whatever my lot, Thou has taught me to say,
It is well, it is well, with my soul.

TOPIC: PERSONAL FAITH FOR PRESENT AND PERPETUAL DOMINION.

TEXT: MATTHEW 17:19-20; MARK 9:22B-23.

We are still talking about dominion tonight because this whole crusade is on dominion. Tonight, you will have personal dominion for the present and you will have perpetual dominion. Whatever happens to others, whatever does not happens to others, you will have present and perpetual faith tonight.

In Matthew chapter 17 we've read, there we see a man who had a son and the son is lunatick, and he brought him to the disciples of Christ, and they could not cure him. And he came beseeching the Lord to have mercy on his son, the son was sore vexed, for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water. Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? One side you might see the failure of the disciples, but I see their sincerity, they had the challenge of unbelief that's why they couldn't cast that devil out of that boy, and they said, Why could not we cast him out? We should be asking a question whenever we discover there's an unsolved issues in our lives. Look at the unanswered prayers, why? When you ask a question, answer will come. But if you cover your problems without asking why, how do you get a solution? Think about what you couldn't do, look at the things that hinders you from getting to the peak and out of "not", look at what you are not able to do, look at that "not healthy, not joyful, not fulfil ", all those "not", "not able" in our lives are the things hindering us from getting to where we ought to get to. Tonight the Lord will settle it in your life. If you ever ask any questions, "why", the answer has come tonight and if you have a concern "not", the solution has come. As we ask the question in our lives and many times we put our problems on our forefathers or on any other personality, but JESUS said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Jesus Christ said those disciples are not because of unbelief. You cannot walk straight unrestricted in unbelief, why that disease is there and is prevalent, overcome you, and the sickness determines where you go and what you cannot do, it's because of unbelief. Why a lot of problems are not solved? And why are you become a regular patient in hospital? It's because of your unbelief. Tonight, it's turn around, I came to talk to your mountain, enough is enough. Maybe you've fasted and prayed and you wonder why are those problems still there, tonight your mountains will move IN Jesus Name. If you have Faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will move mountains. There are people that speak to the mountains which nobody can tell whether is there or not, there are people that speaks to an imaginary mountains, and people cannot discover this mountain, this mountain of of sickness, of sins, of satanic attack and afflictions, they have to move tonight, they will move IN Jesus Name. Why do we have infirmities, unfinished project in our lives, we began and we couldn't proceed, why do we have unrealized dreams in our lives? The Lord is saying if you will take what the Lord is saying tonight, all those unfinished project, you will begin again and you're going to accomplish and nothing shall be impossible unto you. In your life, your life will turn around, the power of heaven will come upon your life, you're going to begin a new life and nothing shall be impossible unto you. When you have a problem and you think you're done everything you can humanly do and solution has not come, switch over to what you can divinely do, the Lord will take over and it'll be possible. When JESUS say something, something good is about to happen in your life. If you can only believe, all things are possible in your personal life, in your family life, anywhere you find yourself, as you believe tonight, salvation, healing, deliverance is coming your way.

POINT ONE: THE POWER OF GRAIN-LIKE FAITH FOR PREVAILING DOMINION.

Matthew 17:20; Mark 11:22-24; 2 Corinthians 4:13; Acts 16:30-34.

Matthew 17:20 says, And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. All the believers that came to Him and asked a question, He answered. Actually, this noble man had a mountain of satanic affliction on his child, he has tried rage war against it and he couldn't. Tonight demons will be cast out of your life.

What are the mountains of D.O.M.I.N.I.O.N confronting us today?

D - it's a mountain of Disease and Defilement.
O - it's a mountain of Oppression and Opposition. It's a mountain of oppression, pressing down your life, destroying your life and destabilizing your life, and you don't have any courage anymore, that mountain will move tonight. It's a mountain of opposition, anytime you try to move on, something come and pushes you back.
M - there's a mountain of Mischief and Misery. You want to make progress but the mountain of misery came up and you couldn't move on, tonight you will be free.
I - There's a mountain of Iniquity and Infidelity. Iniquity possesses your whole personality, tonight you're having dominion.
N - None-Essentials and Naughtiness. There are people, they allow none essential matter to break their family, they majored on none essential in life and they fight for none essential matter. The destiny of their lives is cancelled, that is a mountain. Are you gambling and you're fighting for none essential? Gambling will add nothing to your life because it's none essential, tonight you will have dominion.
I - There's a mountain of Infirmities, Injustice and Injury. Have you noticed in life that you have injury and it remains there for years? You have welcomed that infirmities, injustice and injury and is like is there and is there forever, tonight, that wound inside your stomach, in your body will go tonight, dominion has come.
O - There's a mountain of Offence. Is like you don't want offense and inside you there's a magnet that is attracting offence in your life, and your offence is like odour coming out of your interaction, coming out of your utterances, and coming out of your look. Is like you offend everybody around you, you offend God, you offend everyone, you offend your helper, and when you made up your mind not to offend, that offence comes and people that wants to do good in your life withdraw it. Tonight, you will have dominion over the spirit of offence IN Jesus Name Amen.
N - There's a mountain of Natural Needs and Necessities. needs is always there, you feel empty, you feel unfulfilled and you cannot identify it, tonight Holy Ghost will identify that needs of your life tonight, your mountain shall be removed, mountain of sin, sorrow, mountain of all the imagination and expectations of suffering because of your sin will vanish away tonight. And then the peace of salvation, the excitement and triumph of salvation will come to you, that mountain of sickness will vanish away tonight, today is your day and that sickness will vanish away. The shadow of evil spirit that follows you to anywhere you go, and it follows you to the place of interview, and by the time you come back home it scatter and you couldn't see it again, I command that shadow of evil spirit to come out IN Jesus Name Amen. Tonight we come for dominion and we are going to have dominion IN Jesus Name.

POINT TWO: THE PRAYER WITH GREAT FAITH FOR PRESENT DOMINION.

Matthew 8:5-10, 13; 15:22-28; Mark 5:25-29, 34; James 5:15-16.

There are people who transfer all dominion to when we get to heaven. They are suffering and they say when we get over there they shall be comforted. They put their dominion in the future, your dominion is present hour. You will stay for your miracle, you will stay for the manifestation of your power tonight. The people that didn't have any expectations for your life shouldn't bother you, if you have expectations for your life, no matter what they say about you, and no matter how they bury you before you die, you will come out, don't allow the expectation of salvation to die, don't allow the expectation of a new life to die. The Lord will mark your expectation. God has something for you tonight, you will not give up, your life will still be bright again, your life will still achieve the purpose of which you're created. But if you're finding fault with your teacher, you will not get a good education, if you're finding fault with your doctor, you will not get a good treatment. If you're finding fault with your tailor, you are not going to get a good dress, and if you're finding fault with your Pastor, you are not going to get a good thing. Matthew 15:22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. 15:25 Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
15:26 But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs. 15:27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.
15:28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour. This woman accepted what Jesus called her, she was not offended, she accepted she's a dog and she said unto Christ, I want to come under your Lordship. If you can come and you surrender your life to Christ like that as a sinful, idolatrous, as a rejected and as a defile dog and you know it in your life, the Lord will receive you tonight and you will remain a dog. He will change personality and possibilities will come in your life. If you respond to Jesus tonight, possibilities will come in your life and you will get a double blessings. The Lord looked away from the sin of this woman, He looked away from her filthiness as a dog, and He looked away from the defilement of her life because of her faith, and the Lord canceled the nature of the dog away from her life. Tonight, He will forgive you and forget, He will forget everything you have ever done that made you a dog. The degradation and the life of a dog He will take away, now, a new life of disciple of Christ the Lord will give you tonight, you will come into the Kingdom, the power of Christ will wash that defilement away from your life. All that degradation and shame will become something of the past in your life. Your life will become something new. Alcohol will vanish away, the things that you smoke that are not good for the creatures of God, and all that cult, your membership in the gang of evil doers and not having your mind at the center of the Will of God, on the righteousness of God, tonight it will vanish away. You will become a follower of Christ because you have faith. This woman came, she had faith. She stayed, faith. She didn't fall away because of what Jesus said, faith. When you are like that woman, that is a great faith. If you repent and you accept and you believe and you embrace that salvation, that is the great faith. This woman had dominion over the devil, that's exactly what you will have tonight. You will have dominion over all the sins, over all the diseases, over all demons of your life. You will be a joyful person because that expectation you have made you to stay. That expectation will be realized tonight IN Jesus Name Amen.

POINT THREE: THE POSSIBILITIES OF GOD-GIVEN FAITH FOR PECULIAR DOMINION.

Matthew 19:26; Luke 1:37; Jeremiah 32:27, 17; 1:12.

Tonight, all things will become possible in your life.
There what a young man that came unto Christ, asking for what he can do to inherit the Kingdom of God, and after Jesus Christ itemized what it takes to get to heaven, he saith unto Jesus, all these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet? Jesus said unto Him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. His money became his god and he couldn't part from the god of the riches and wealth, and he went with sorrow. Money had him, not that he possess money but money possessed him, money took his heart and rule over him. And because of that, he has money as his master and his ruler and because of that, he couldn't be saved. But Jesus beheld His disciples, and said unto them, with men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. Tonight if you will give up your aspiration to follow Christ you will be saved, and with God tonight, your salvation, your healing, your deliverance, your miracle is possible. If you don't hold to anything and you don't make a natural, physical thing your god and you don't allow anyone to possess you, that sinful partner will not be so possess you that you will not take a decision to be saved tonight, you will not make alcohol your god, your salvation will be instantaneous. When you lift up Jesus above any other things, heaven will smile at you and your healing is possible in your life tonight. You will have faith, those things that are so attached to you and you cannot make progress, they will vanish away tonight. Your salvation, and your sonship is guaranteed. The God-given faith that makes all things possible will work in your life. You will have connections with Christ that will bring salvation to your life.

TOPIC: PRESERVING THE TRUTH OF THE GOSPEL AT ALL COST.

TEXT: GALATIANS 2:11-14.

Galatians 2:11 But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.
2:12 For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision.
2:13 And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation.
2:14 But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews?

The above passages we've read talks about Paul rebukes Peter at Antioch, actually, we thank God for the passage of Scriptures we are reading tonight, and what we are looking at today is one of the evidence that normally, bible is the revelation of God and everything is written in the Bible is for our learning, and we need to remember that whatever has been written before time are written to admonish us and to correct us. Paul the apostle was preserving the truth of the gospel at all cost. He saw that the truth of the gospel was been upside down and then he preserved that gospel by correcting Peter of his wrong attitudes and was trying to bring back the people who were being misled by the false teachers.

If the gospel is changed, modified and adulterated, and water down, that gospel cannot save. And Paul the apostle was interested in the Salvation of the people, so he has to prevent the truth of the gospel at all cost, so that the truth of the gospel will remain as the Lord had given us and so that people will hear a saving, transforming and convicting gospel and they will be able to respond to that gospel. And it should be today that everyone of us, soul winners should preserve the truth of the gospel at all cost.

POINT ONE: THE DANGER OF PILLAR SHIFTING FROM THE FOUNDATION.

Peter actually was a pillar in that church at Antioch and the pillar was shifting from the foundation because of the compromise he permitted, and that is dangerous. If any preacher shift forth the foundation, that is dangerous because many will backslide and many will lose their Faith in Christ.

I. The immutability of the saving pillar of truth.
1 Timothy 3:15; Jeremiah 1:9,18-19; 1 Corinthians 3:10-15; 2 Timothy 2:19-21.

The church of the living God is the pillar and the ground of the truth. The church should be holding forth the truth of the gospel because church is a place where we deposite truth, it's the pillar and the ground of truth, and those who are preachers must stand for the truth word of God. God has put his word in the mouth of Jeremiah, and he was loving, preaching, pronouncing and announcing the truth and putting forth the truth word of God. He couldn't be a pillar without the truth and revelation, what makes anyone a dependable and standing pillar is that he has the truth of the gospel, he stand firm and he retains and holds on to that truth, it's that foundation in Christ alone without the ceremony of the Old Testament and it's that Christ alone without drinking from river Jordan, it's that Christ the Redeemer without other people becoming a co-redeemer with him, that is what we are standing on today, and such preacher of the truth must depart from corrupting the word and corrupting their own lives.

II. The instability of some pillars in the temple.
Galatians 2:11-12; Matthew 16:21-23; Acts 11:2-4,8-12; 2 Peter 3:14-17.

There are some of the pastors in the church that were unstable like water that shall not prosper. Anyone of us who are leaders, who are workers and we have been taught the truth word of God, the Lord wants us to stand for the truth and He wants us to present that truth to everyone that comes across us. There are some prophets in the Bible that didn't stood on the word of God, people like Aaron didn't stand on the word of God and people were led to idolatry, and in the New Testament, Peter himself said, there was false prophets at the time of old testimony, he talked about the false prophets and unfortunately, Peter was in that situation of fearing man more than Messiah. And for you to understand in your own moment of confrontation, and you have a word to defend, for you to be able to stand, it will take real and a good experience of Salvation, sanctification and the courage and boldness of the Holy Ghost. When God called Peter to the house of Cornelius, he slept and ate the food the gentiles has provided and Paul the apostle withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed. For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision. We can see that Peter had the fear of men and they even challenged him,
and when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him, Saying, Thou wentest in to men uncircumcised, and didst eat with them. But Peter rehearsed the matter from the beginning, and expounded it by order unto them, saying, But I said, Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth. But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. And this was done three times: and all were drawn up again into heaven. And, behold, immediately there were three men already come unto the house where I was, sent from Caesarea unto me. And the Spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered into the man's house. (Acts 11:2-4,8-12). Peter contended about the nonessential and Jesus Christ has told them before He left that what corrupt a man is not what he eats but it's what comes out of him. And the Holy Spirit above any of the people from Judea is higher and above every man on earth bade him go with them, and that could have settled it with Peter, nothing doubting, but now look at what Peter had done, he fear men more than he feared Christ. When these terrorizing fear of man and intimidating fear of man comes into your heart, and you put your life into the hand of man and you know the truth of the word of God, if you know the truth and the fear of man will not allow you to do what the Lord has revealed, you might eventually miss heaven, but I pray, you will be steadfast, you will not allow the fear of men to take the place of Christ in your life to the point you're not defending the truth, you will be steadfast. Peter could have found a way to fight Paul back when he corrected him, Peter could have told Paul the old story he used to be, but he accepted the rebuke. Those are the people that like correction. And when Paul rebuked Peter, here was Peter's attitudes and his response 👉 2 Peter 3:14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. 3:15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. 3:17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. Peter was corrected and he took to the correction of Paul without fighting him back, and instead of using his experience to also write an epistle to tacked Paul and fight him back, he said and account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you. He said Paul is a man of wisdom, he loved the truth and beloved the truth. Can you do that if something has happened and someone rebuke you you before everybody like Paul rebuked Peter? Can you do like Peter? Peter said Paul wrote all those epistles with the wisdom of God, he affirmed that the epistles of Paul were part of the scriptures, he didn't shun the epistle of Paul because he rebuked him, there are people who say they are Christians and they say they are sanctified and something that had happened 10 years ago is still in their heart and in their mind, maybe 10 years ago you did something that might make you and other people go astray and then the preacher rebuked you openly just to correct you, but you are still keeping that in your heart, where is the sanctification we talk about? If we are sanctified, we will accept correction without fighting back, when Peter did some thing he shouldn't have done, Paul rebuked him and he accepted correction. Peter had a good attitude because he's a real child of God. May the Lord grants us Grace, power, strength and backbone to stand fast till the end.

III. The importance of steadfast perseverance without timidity.
2 Samuel 12:1-13; Galatians 2:11-12; 1 Kings 21:17-25.

2 Samuel 12:1 And the LORD sent Nathan unto David. And he came unto him, and said unto him, There were two men in one city; the one rich, and the other poor.
12:2 The rich man had exceeding many flocks and herds: 12:3 But the poor man had nothing, save one little ewe lamb, which he had bought and nourished up: and it grew up together with him, and with his children; it did eat of his own meat, and drank of his own cup, and lay in his bosom, and was unto him as a daughter.
12:4 And there came a traveller unto the rich man, and he spared to take of his own flock and of his own herd, to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him; but took the poor man's lamb, and dressed it for the man that was come to him.
12:5 And David's anger was greatly kindled against the man; and he said to Nathan, As the LORD liveth, the man that hath done this thing shall surely die:
12:6 And he shall restore the lamb fourfold, because he did this thing, and because he had no pity.
12:7 And Nathan said to David, Thou art the man. Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I anointed thee king over Israel, and I delivered thee out of the hand of Saul;
12:8 And I gave thee thy master's house, and thy master's wives into thy bosom, and gave thee the house of Israel and of Judah; and if that had been too little, I would moreover have given unto thee such and such things.
12:9 Wherefore hast thou despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in his sight? thou hast killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword, and hast taken his wife to be thy wife, and hast slain him with the sword of the children of Ammon.
12:10 Now therefore the sword shall never depart from thine house; because thou hast despised me, and hast taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be thy wife.
12:11 Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house, and I will take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbour, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun.
12:12 For thou didst it secretly: but I will do this thing before all Israel, and before the sun.
12:13 And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD also hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die.
Here we see how Nathan rebuked David. Can you confront a leader or somebody who is suppose to lead the people but has committed adultery and he has even killed the husband of that woman, can you discipline such a person? Can you speak to such a person or you're just gossiping and you put everything under the carpet? Someone is corrupting and destroying the gospel and you do not have the backbone of Paul to say this is not right because you fear him more than God, but you keep it in your heart and you are just gossiping about him, understand we study the scriptures so that when the time comes to stand straight we will be able to stand, not honouring the man that can speak the truth but he's corrupting the truth, we shouldn't fear any man irrespective of their positions and their status. I have my life to Christ in 1964 and am still standing strong in the truth till this day and I wants you to join me, will you? Your Bible remain the way it ought to remain, you will abide in the truth, you will not run away from the truth and you will not escape the truth. If you go away from the truth, you'll go to hell. You will abide in the truth and when somebody does something wrong in your presence, you will have the courage to say no.

POINT TWO: THE DISSEMBLING OF PARTNERS SHAKEN BY FEAR.

GALATIANS 2:13.

When Peter dissembled, Barnabas also dissembled with him. Galatians 2:13 And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation. Fear of man is very very dangerous, it will bring a snare of men and fear of their faces and their comments. That fear will bring a snare and lead us astray. A leader sin is a leading sin, he'll lead other people astray too.

I. The disastrous examples of feebleness in ministers.
Galatians 2:12-13; 1 Corinthians 5:6-9,11; 15:33-34; Hebrews 13:8-9.

A minister that is fearful is feeble, he's not confronting evil, backsliding and compromise, and seeing people going astray and defiling the church and he keep quiet. People like that think wisdom is not confronting and speak out when they see a leader bringing corruption and heresies into the church. The word of God says in 1 Corinthians 5:6 Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? 5:7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: 5:8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. 5:9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators: 5:11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. A little kind of yielding to the weakness of the flesh can corrupt the church, if you know anyone that is doing something in the office, and that thing has already opened in the office and he's standing on the pulpit and yet living a backsliding life and you don't speak out and you keep quiet, the word of God said your glory is not good, because you're covering up a backslider. The Lord wants us to speak out and expose such people, we are not to destroy them but we are to help them to come out of that darkness and come to Christ. Whatever JESUS condemned in His lifetime, He still condemn today and whatever He compelled in His lifetime, He still compel today, the message, the commandments and the expectations of Christ is still the same.

II. The disability effect of fear of man.
1 Samuel 15:22-24; Isaiah 51:12-13; 57:11-12; Galatians 2:13.

If you have the fear of man, it disables you. And When you disable the connection, nothing works, no fire, no righteousness, no prayer and no preaching will work because the fear of man has dissembles you. What are you afraid of? Look at Nebuchadnezzar and Pharaoh, what is the end of them? The three Hebrews men went in and they came out and all the Pharisees with everything they threatened, where are they today? You will not be afraid. When you were saved, what was your passion and your pursuit? What drove you on your knees for sanctification? and when you came out of that altar being sanctified, and you remember how bold you were, and how steadfast you were, now, what changed you? What makes you so fearful? If you want to do anything now, you look here and there because of fear, have you forgotten the price Christ paid for you to get you saved? And He sends you an errand and you don't think about Jesus anymore, all you're thinking now is the fear of man, that fear is unreasonable fear. If we are afraid of men and we hold back the truth, our fears are unreasonable, our fretting is unreasonable, those people you're afraid cannot take your salvation, they cannot take your hope of heaven and your Joy, then why are you fearing them? That fear is cancelled IN Jesus Name, and when that fear is cancelled, and you live in the fullness of the word of God, the Lord will promote you.

III. The damning emulation and feeding on misinterpretation.
Galatians 5:19-21; Isaiah 44:20; 2 Corinthians 2:17; Acts 20:27-30.

Galatians 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
5:20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
5:21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. We see other people because Peter dissembled, they also followed, there are people that are looking at people and they are not looking unto Jesus Christ alone, they are looking at what people will do and they are not looking unto Christ alone. We are to look unto the Lord Jesus Christ alone all the time, Christ has now become all in all in our lives and because of that, every threatens situation, threat of man or a woman will come under your feet and you will stand like a soldier of Christ, you're not a weak civilian, you're powerful soldier of Christ IN Jesus Name. You will win the battle. Sometimes, there are people that don't commit fornication, they don't commit adultery, they are not witch but they have emulation, are you like that? You don't commit adultery but your only problem is, you cannot stand firm alone without looking at somebody and without copying them, the word of God says, such people with emulation shall not inherit the Kingdom of God, it's better to get back our backbone and now crawling, not timid and not fearful because of the fear of men. Copying the people that backslide will make us eventually miss and lose the Kingdom of God, but you will stand IN Jesus Name.

POINT THREE. THE DEFENCE BY PAUL, STEADFAST IN THE FAITH.

GALATIANS 2:11,14.

When everybody was going the other direction, Paul stood for the truth, and in our contemporary world, when everybody are going to the other direction we will stand for the truth. If everybody compromise, if everybody went astray, you will stand on the truth of the word of God. In the Old Testament, Daniel stands alone, and in the time of the New Testament, we have Paul the apostle, he stands and he preserved the word of the Lord. The Lord will make a Paul out of you and make you stand, whatever is happening around you, you will uphold the truth. The same grace everyone of us will have and the same boldness and steadfastness of Paul everyone of us will have. Sometimes if somebody is older or higher than you are, or if somebody who has been there before you doing something wrong and he's corrupting the gospel, and showing a bad example and you remember the courage you ought to have, you will not cover him, you still respect him but you also correct him, they may not allow you to tell the truth, sometimes maybe it's your own child you have taught the way of salvation and you see that somebody is leading that child astray and you heard about it, you will not keep quiet but you will confront the person and challenge him. People don't expect you to confront them and talk to them, they expect you to keep quiet and see them destroying your family and destroying the gospel, but you will not keep quiet, if anybody is trying to destroy your child and you keep quiet, maybe you don't have Salvation. The same thing we do when it comes to the gospel, we will not allow anyone to silence us, whatever their power, you will not allow them to silence you, you will stand alone, they want us to follow psychology but we will not. Everything we read in the Bible were written for our learning and correction, and this duty the Lord will give you the grace to perform it.

I. The duty of declaring the gospel of Christ.
Acts 20:24-28; 13:32-33,38-41; Romans 1:4-16; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.

You will finish with Joy and when the Lord comes to takes away the Saints, you will remain saint IN Jesus Name and you will not have gone back a sinner IN Jesus Name. Don't be negligent to declare all the counsels of God. everywhere you go, you will declare it boldly and courageously.

II. The demand of defending the gospel against corruption.
Galatians 2:4-5; Philippians 1:14-17; 2 Peter 2:19-20; Jude 1:3,10,17-21.

These people wanted to bring the converts of Paul to the bo***ge of their Jewish religion and ceremonial laws, they wanted to bring the converts of Paul to their circumcision but Paul the apostle defended the truth. Sometimes, they wants us to change everything we stand for, they do it by frowning, by smiling, by pulling us, by being nice to us but we will say no! It's not equal with the salvation of the Lord. Whatever they do, we say no, not for an hour that the truth of the gospel will not continue with us. The same salvation that Paul had is the same salvation we have. We don't sluggishly, half heatedly, superficially content, but we contend with all our heart, with all our strength and with all our skills we have. We earnestly contend for the truth, if you have tasted the gospel and you know it's coming from Calvary, you will contend for it. You earnestly contend for the eternal truth of the gospel that saves and lead people to heaven. passionately and courageously, with everything you got, you contend for the faith once delivered unto the Saints.

III. The decree of delivering the gospel to every creature.
Mark 16:15-16; Acts 8:4,25,40; 19:10-12,20; 2 Timothy 2:3-6.

What we have is a decree and we must deliver that gospel to every creature without fear. Don't leave the gospel back at home, when you're going out, take the whole gospel with you everywhere you go and preach the gospel to every creature.
