Sharing my son's achievement in his Academic. It's just really a myth - pag sinabing ang Low Carb Lifestyle ay makakasama sa bata. Hindi tatangkad at magiging mahina sa pag-aaral. I started my Low Carb journey last October 2021 at sinabay ko na iintroduce ito sa aking mga anak. At sinunod naman nila ang tinuturo ko. My son Lucas who is 8 yrs.old knows how to do his own fasting. Kung dati non-stop ang pagkain nya ngayon - it totally changed him in natural way.. walang iyakan, walang kailangang bantayan at walang forceful action from me 😁😆 As a result natigil ang madalas nyang snacking, lumiit ang tiyan nya at nagpatuloy ang magandang performance nya sa school. Actually nung Kinder pa sya, tinuturuan ko pa yan. But now, he does his own studies... review or reading.. Nakakatuwa lang kasi mas lalo syang nag improved.
