Plus size PCOS Mama
Mother of 3 PCOS and Fibromyalgia Reversing 30 YEARS of metabolic damage
Would you believe me if I said I’m 15 pounds HEAVIER on the left? 2015 /2024 4 weeks PP in both. While I’m grateful PCOS didn’t rob me of my fertility, it still made pregnancies a nightmare. I gained an average of 60 pounds with all 3 kids. The difference? This time I had the knowledge of weight lifting and proper nutrition, the other two I was fighting bulemia and didn’t eat near as much as I should’ve. I still have baby weight plus a little extra to lose, but my blood work is perfect and I can move and be active with my kids. Being a parent and hitting macros every day is HARD, but you have to chose your hard.
I’m a leg day girl but arms need some love too!

Hi! I’m Colleen and live in the PNW with my husband and our 3 children. If you’ve been let down by America’s healthcare system, you’re not alone. I’ve battled PCOS for 13 years and was bulimic for 16 years. I was told from the time I was a toddler that carbs are Bad. I learned the hard way that a calorie deficit does not always mean weight loss. Come along with me on my journey as I work through PCOS and postpartum. I’ll share recipes and workouts that anyone can incorporate into their life. Don’t be shy, say hi!
