Thank you to all of those who attended the first ever Virtual Alumni Happy Hour this past Friday. It was great hearing where people have gone since their time at Carnegie Mellon and about their favorite hockey memories. We hope to continue this series and get more attendees in the future!

Come on out to the Activities Fair today from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM on the CFA Lawn to meet some of the players and gather more info about the team!

The Annual Carnival Alumni Game has been officially scheduled for Saturday April 16th form 3:30 PM to 5:15 PM at Ice Castle Arena, 990 Castle Shannon Blvd.

Whether you played last year or 50 years ago, gather up your gear and come play!

Come on out to the Activities Fair today from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM in the Cohon Center to meet some of the players and gather more info about the team!

We will also be having a pre-season meeting tonight at 7 PM to review the upcoming season. Anyone interested in playing on the team or being a manager is highly encourage to come by! See you then!

Reminder about the Hockey Alumni Game happening tomorrow (Saturday)! Hope to see all past and present players on the ice or at the Ice Castle Bar!

Whether you played last year or 50 years ago, gather up your equipment and come play! If you can't make it to the game, come to the Ice Castle Bar around 4pm for the drinks and good times that will follow the game! See you all there!

The Annual Carnival Alumni Game has been officially scheduled for Saturday April 18th form 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Ice Castle Arena, 990 Castle Shannon Blvd.

Whether you played last year or 50 years ago, gather up your equipment and come play! Drinks and good times at the Ice Castle Bar will follow the game!

Heading into the playoffs, the Tartans (4th seed) faced UPitt Greensburg (1st seed) in the semi-finals Friday night. Neck and neck the entire game, the two teams remained even until UPitt Greensburg put one up on the scoreboard with 3 minutes left in the third. Down 4-3 with 50 seconds left in the third, the Tartans decided to pulled their goalie, and after intense battling, they buried one home with the extra man, forcing the game to OT. To finish it all off, our Captain Chad Trice banged home the game-winner on a penalty shot in overtime and pushed us into the championship game against CalU Saturday night!!

After another epic battle Saturday night against California University of Pennsylvania (seeded 2nd), the Tartans pulled away with the win to take home the CHE Championship Cup!!

Underdogs from the beginning, the Tartan Ice Hockey Team had an absolutely terrific season and will forever remain the 2015 College Hockey East Champions. Fantastic season boys!

After trailing 5-1 at the end of the first period, the Tartans rallied to conquer U Pitt Greensburg –the defending national champions – in a thrilling 7-6 overtime win!
