Dear Aikido Community,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Claude Berthiaume Shihan and Aikido de la Montagne for organizing and hosting such a wonderful summer camp in Montreal. Their organization and hospitality made everyone feel welcome, and the classes taught by Osawa Sensei, the Technical Committee and teachers from around the world filled the mat with energy and enthusiasm. We are truly grateful for all the time and hard work they provided to put on such a great camp.

Please remember that the deadline to book your hotel room at the USAF discounted rate is June 18th, and the USAF room block is almost sold out! Dan testing at Summer Camp will be held on Thursday, August 3rd. Everyone testing MUST pre-register to test by completing and submitting all applications and payments by July 14th. Instructions regarding the process have been emailed to Chief Instructors/Dojo cho. Please communicate with your students/instructor if you are planning on testing. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you at camp!

Congratulations to our five Summer Camp Scholarship winners! We are excited to have 4 of the winners join us for their first time attending camp - a beginner, a 3rd kyu, 2nd kyu and yondan -and to welcome back another yondan winner as well. We look forward to introducing them to a fantastic experience and meeting them on the mat!
