The Psychedelic Renaissance

I am so pumped for this!

My life is the wildest dream I can imagine.

I remember watching the sunset 🌄 on the day my dad passed away having a deep feeling the sun was him and he was going to sleep for a while but he'd be back.

He was the biggest sun 🌞😎🫡 worshipper. He would lay out naked in the sun for hours every day. He knew the benefits of sun exposure 🌤️ long before science proved it recently.

He didn't give AF what anybody thought about his self care. He knew he was right.

He was a boxer 🥊🥊. A warrior. A survivor. A lover of life.
His passing in 2017 along with my divorce and other heavy life situations sunk me in a deep depression for almost a year before magic 🍄🍄's reversed the course of my life in a matter of hours.

I have now written a book ✍🏽📝📖 about this journey, Taking Back Mind: My Journey Out of Depression with Psilocybin Mushrooms, am writing a second book, am in the middle of a documentary project about my story, am hosting sacred 🍄 ceremonies and retreats in the mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico 🇲🇽 under the training of one of the most powerful curandera's on 🌎, and now will be presenting a talk about my story and a guided breathwork/ meditation workshop at the Portal Eclipse 🌖 Festival in Mazatlan, Mexico 🇲🇽 in less than 3 weeks before heading back to Oaxaca to prepare for our summer Ascension retreat.

When I heard there was a total eclipse 🌙 happening and looked at the path of totality, I knew what was happening.

The first inhabited area on 🌎 to receive the moon's 🌝 shadow on April 8th will touch down in Sinaloa, Mexico 🇲🇽, my dad's birthplace. We will be the first people on 🌎 to witness this magical dance of the cosmos 🌌, which will peak at 11:11am PST of course... 🤯

I knew Papi would return, and I couldn't be more honored to welcome him back by sharing my story, largely inspired by his example on how to live a healthy life, with thousands of people at what will be one of the most important and significant events of my life.

Life is a dream 💭. And the dream never ends.
