I love these beautiful creatures so much that I had to jump in on day two of our teams spirit week “animal”, even though this is from a few years ago.

This is the first Halloween in 3 years that I haven’t been able to create two weeks worth of fun looks, but I’m giving myself grace and hoping I can get a few in before weeks in.

Last night Sydnie and I headed downtown to my favorite Ice cream shop and as always, it did not disappoint!

has been serving up the best homemade flavors for as long as I can remember, but I’ll be honest, I’ve never tried any other flavors! Cuban coffee fan for lifeeee! 🙋🏼‍♀️

Yes it’s 85’ outside. Yes I should be in shorts, but I just found this shacket at the in Key west and I had to share with all you local friends! It’s that good!

It’s seriously so comfy and cute and you just need it, so grab one and thank me later. You can wear it inside until you get your next cold front. 🤣

Also loving my new hat from ! My SIL .kw knows me well. I am tempted to snag another style before I leave. 🤠

Today I am grateful for the opportunity to slow down and be still. Another morning paddle in paradise. ✨

Want to know the one single thing that I’ve done that has led to more personal growth than anything else?

I try and do something every day that makes me uncomfortable.

Yep, you read that right. 💫

I was having a conversation at work today and it reminded me how easy it is to get into routines because we feel safe and comfortable and in return prevent ourselves from trying new things for fear of what could go wrong. Ultimately this prevents growth.

What you can’t see in this picture is the 6 mile winding road I had to drive up and arguably scarier, back down. I was terrified! The road was narrow and steep and I felt like I was going to barf the whole drive, but I did it anyway.

There’s just something about a fall day in the mountains that hits different. 🍁🍂

Had to bring my girl to my favorite mountain town today. Vail village has my heart.

Happy daughters day to my two besties. I just 💖 being a girl mom to these little beauties. I could go without all the teenage girl drama that comes with it, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤪

The only limitations we have in life are the ones we give ourselves. Read that again.

When I started working at last month I couldn’t help but notice that in their back room they had a spray tanning booth and all the equipment, yet it was not a service they offered. After learning that they had no one on staff that could do them I immediately knew it was some thing I wanted to figure out. I love challenging myself and this was a challenge I was excited to take on. I love the way a spray tan can instantly just make you feel better.

Like any other time I’ve needed to learn a new skill, I took to YouTube and spent hours watching all of the videos I could find on spray tanning. Today, thanks to and I was able to test my new skill and let me tell ya, I am in love! Now I just need to teach one of them how to spray me! 🤣

I wish more women realized that helping another woman win, cheering her on and praying for her success does not take away from the blessings coming their way. In fact, the opposite happens.

I have been so blessed with many amazing friendships through this opportunity and last night I was able to cheer many of them on as they were recognized for their successes.

Wrapping up our last summer vaca with full hearts and sun kissed skin. We have had the absolute best trip. Everything was so good, but all good things must come to an end.

We saw so many old friends, met new ones, made amazing memories that will stay with us until next summer and beyond.

We’ve shared Love, loss and everything in between. We met when we were younger than our girls, were college roommates, each other’s bridesmaids, shared baby tips, I watched her build an empire () and now we get to watch our girls do it all over again.
