This big beaned hybrid can yield coffees with unique and complex flavor profiles that are delivered here. The bright liveliness of the cup is nicely balanced with the full body boosted by the natural process. The cup bursts with flavors of ripe guava, strawberry and grape. The addition of warm baking spice notes and chocolate adds an extra layer of depth and complexity.

For this year's holiday blend, we're switching things up with Rosy Cheeks. An off-menu micro lot special fermentation brazil is blended up with washed and natural Ethiopians that brew up nicely fruited, sweet and smooth with winey fruit acidity, cherry, berry and perfumed floral flavors.
Light/Medium roast. A versatile blend that offers unique aspects across brew methods.
The honey process adds balanced depth to the otherwise very delicate varietal. The coffee opens up as it cools with some great jammy sweetness of guava, black cherry, lemon zest, tropical fruits throughout and cocoa nib.
A delightfully sweet and lively cup with notes of blackberry, cola and a nice juicy snap provided by pomegranate and raspberry notes.
Plentiful floral aromatics, blueberry, blackberry, ripe strawberry, huckleberry, citrus accent with a cocoa background finish.
The Hamasho Bombe is vibrant, lush and crisp while at the same time being soft and juicy with its approachable complexity. The cup really opens up as it cools with the sweet stone fruits coming to the front. Makes for a great pour over, drip, or single origin espresso in the small cup (not too much milk)
