🌞 Originally hailing from sunny San Diego, Jessica's culinary journey was sparked by California's year-round growing season and the abundance of Pacific coast seafood. With over a decade of experience in hotel and restaurant management, her passion for the kitchen led her to NYC, where she earned her culinary diploma from The Natural Gourmet Institute. Along the way, she's honed her skills in Spain, San Diego, NYC, and Colorado, before finding her way back to Maui to establish the Maui Personal Chef team. 👩‍🍳
As the Owner of MPC, Jessica's focus is on the meticulous planning and management of bookings for Chef Mike Burman and the team. But don't be surprised if you catch her whipping up something delicious at a special event on the island 🍽️✨
