Back home after spending 4 days with these gals in Jenny Smallridge’s class (The Wooly Horse) at Rug Hooking Week at Sauder Village. So much creativity & awesome rugs coming to life! You all are amazing!!!

A few things being packed to head to Sauder in a few days. Excited to be teaching a workshop and being a pop up vendor on Friday evening! Looking forward to seeing so many friends and meeting new ones!

Excitement is in the air here at The Wooly Horse, the wool shelves are almost stuffed to the brim with beautiful woolens for our Sauder retreat, (can't wait). Aug. 14 - 16, 2024 we will be in the lower level of the Heritage Inn, so we would love for you to stop by sometime after 3:30 to just pop in and say Hi or you just might need a little more wool, or even a new pattern!!! Come by and see Jo and I, we would love to see all of you!❤️

Crunch time……I hope to see many of you at Rug Hooking Week at Sauder Village (Archbold, Ohio) August 13-17, 2024. I will be a Pop Up Vendor on Friday evening(August 16th) at the hook in that will be held in the Atrium in the Heritage Inn from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Come say hi & spend the evening with friends! Photos are from past shows…watch for some new items!!

Today’s project…..finishing Christmas stockings for my 1st Great Grandchild, Mommy & Daddy too!🥰

What a great group of gals….today we discussed finishing techniques & some started a 2nd project or brought one from home to work on! A huge thank you to Madonna for hosting our class & welcoming us all to her beautiful home! 🥰. Thank you also to all of you who attended & remember…..keep on punching!!

2024 Early American Life Directory of Traditional American Crafts! My design “Liberty Eagle” was chosen as one of the top artisans for 2024 in the textile category. This was my interpretation of an antique coverlet and I created this project in Punch Needle with Valdani thread. I am excited and honored to be included with so many talented artisans!

Today’s project……it’s way too beautiful of a day in SW Ohio to be inside!
