Slow and steady wins the race! || Been bouncing back from a few injuries—bursitis in my elbows (the big one) and some minor lower back pain. Took my time recovering avoid push movement that involved my elbows for nearly 3 months until I experienced virtually no pain. I feel like I’m finally getting back on track after the last two months of solid training. Fitness is a lifetime commitment for me, so focusing on injury avoidance with good form, and time/workarounds for injury recovery is super important. Looking forward to even more progress in the coming months. Hope everybody is having an amazing Saturday!

Coming home from work like…
Splitting my time between music and real estate I have to get used to not being in a t-shirt and shorts all time. Haha Leg prison isn’t for me!👖🙅🏽♂️😅

I stay grindin’—even when I travel for work. 💪🏽😃Even though I’m doing real estate, I’m still gigging in music. I kind of feel like Batman—real estate by day and music by night. Haha The hours have been crazy lately, but so rewarding! Never been more excited about everything I’m doing with my life! Hope you all are doing what you can to stay inspired. Life should be LIVED! 😎🤙🏽
