Our PTO is looking for individuals and businesses to participate in Trunk or Treat on Oct. 21 at Absecon Public Schools (rain date is Oct. 28). Participants need to decorate a vehicle and provide 800-1,000 toys, treats, or pieces of candy to hand out from that vehicle.

Absecon PTO invites the community to support our school district with a Dairy Queen fundraiser on Tuesday, Sept. 20. Come out for dinner or a sweet treat while raising funds for Absecon teachers and students!

It's Official, this will be the image on the Absecon Bay Sportsman Center Fall 2022 Sweatshirts and T-Shirts. I was going to let the voting go until tomorrow, but this picture was definitely a runaway winner. I am putting together all the details such as sizes and colors, but there will be Hooded Sweatshirts in Pullover and Zippered styles, The Performance T-Shirts and if demand, heavy cotton long sleave T-Shirts.
I won't quote prices yet, but there will be a too good to pass up price on Pre-Ordered , Pre-Paid shirts and you will be sure to get the size, style and color that you want. I will also include a few more Womens Sized and possibly styles. PLEASE put any suggestions in the comments and I hope to have Pre-Ordering ready by tomorrow. Pre-Ordering will end by 6 pm. this Sunday. I will be placing the order Monday September 19th and I should have the shirts before October.
I almost forgot that anyone who took the time to vote on the Absecon Bay Page will get a 10% Discount on any shirt purchased i October and someone who voted for #3 will win the shirt of their choice.

The Absecon Police Department is currently accepting applications for SLEO II police officers. SLEO II police officers are part-time, year-round employees, who assist full-time patrol officers with answering calls for service, conducting traffic enforcement, enforcing city ordinances and community policing.

Rate is $20 per hour.

Applicants must have a valid NJ PTC SLEO II certification.
