MFI is a partner competition that will have three divisions; Males, Females, and Co-ed. Each team will consist of two individuals.

And just like that.... The first, MFI Competition is over... from crazy freezing wind, floater wods , awesome work outs, amazing encouragement and even more amazing people... we can not say THANK YOU enough to all the VOLUNTEERS, spectators and all the Bad A athletes... thank you guys for being a part of our first go around. We look forward to hosting more competitions in the future... for you to have some more fun, competition and even better prizes.... stay tuned for MFI 2.0...

THE LAST WORK OUT RELEASE! This is Floater Workout #2!!
One parter will go, then the other directly after!

2 min to complete:
25 cal row.
Remaining time you will have as many chances as you'd like, within the 2 min to reach a max distance broad jump.
** Men MUST be above a 1500 cal/hr pace by their 5th pull on rower. Women MUST be above a 1000 cal/hr pace by their 5th pull.

Strap in for this one....

250 Double unders
200 Goblet squats 53/35
150 Hand release push ups
100 Kettle bell swings 53/35

** 22 min cap
** only one partner working on reps at a time.
** partners MUST complete half of all reps.
** the partner that is NOT working will be 100ft away. In order to switch you must run and tag partner.

WORK OUT RELEASE #3!! LETS GOOO...
In 7 minutes, complete as many rounds as you can..
9 Deadlifts 115/75
6 Burpees over bar
3 Shoulder to over head 115/75

**One athlete working at a time, completing A WHOLE ROUND. Then athlete 2 does a whole round, so on, so on.
** Burpees over the bar will be parallel to the barbell, NOT bar facing burpees. DO NOT have to stand up before jumping over. Both feet MUST leave floor at same time when jumping over. NO STEP OVERS ALLOWED.
** The shoulder to over head can be a strict press, push press, push jerk or split jerk. As long as control is shown over head, all locked out.

Lets go to work! Find a partner and get signed up... Spots are filling fast! Especially since we are releasing work outs!

WORK OUT RELEASE #2! This is 1 of 2 Floater work outs! Simple, and to the point...
FLOATER WORKOUT #1 is:
60 second max rep D-Ball over shoulder.
100lb for men, 60lb for woman.

3,2,1, GO... Partner 1 will do as man reps as possible in 60 seconds. Once partner 1 has completed 60 seconds of work, partner two will IMMEDIATELY start their 60 seconds of work.
We will score combined reps as a team.

ATTENTION! WORK OUT #1 RELEASE!!
The suspense of the unknown is over... Work out number one is....
15-12-9
-Clusters 95/65
-Pull ups

Work out description: 3,2,1 go...
--Partner 1 completes 15 clusters & 15 pull ups.
--Partner 2 will then do 15 clusters & 15 pull ups STRAIGHT INTO 12 clusters & 12 pull ups.
-- Back to Partner 1 completing 12 clusters & 12 pull ups STRAIGHT INTO their last 9 clusters & 9 pull ups.
-- Back to Partner 2 finishing with their 9 clusters & 9 pull ups.
-- DONE--

**Both athletes on each team will complete 15-12-9 of clusters and pull ups.
**trust us when we say this is spicier then it looks. With the small change of going back to back is dirty...
Find a partner, get signed up and start nailing down your strategy to take a podium finish!
FLOATER WORK OUT #1 will be released later this afternoon!
