Carteret County students awarded Big Rock Teaching Fellows Scholarship The scholarship covers each student’s fees for all tuition and books to attend a two-year or four-year in-state college of their choice

Awesome accomplishment !!
Donivan Carter auditioned for the North Carolina Jazz Region - East Jazz Ensemble and made first chair on Drumset for the A Band. This is the top ensemble! He will travel to UNCW to take part in the East Region Jazz Clinic this weekend, Feb. 17-18 with the concert scheduled for 2:30 on Saturday afternoon. He is also eligible to audition for the All-State Jazz ensemble. WAY to GO DONIVAN!
