1) Test before you fly
In order to enter Nepal current quarantine measures implemented by Government of Nepal, effective from 10 March 2022 for Passenger entering into Nepal from abroad by Air/land submit a Vaccine certificate against COVID-19

Passengers who fail to submit such Vaccine certificate will have to submit the Negative report of RT-PCR within 72 hours of starting the journey

a) Test method (RT-PCR, TRUE NAAT, GENE pert diagnostic testing)
b) Sample Method (Nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal Swab)
c) Timing of your test valid (within 72 Hours)
d) Personal Information (Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number)

Child above 5 years must have either Vaccine Certificate or Negative PCR report (If not vaccinated) as prescribed format.

(If child reached 5 years on flight date, must have Vaccine Certificate or Negative PCR Report).

Please make sure to check the following before you departure
2) Travel Documents
3) Vaccine passport (Documents)
4) PCR Negative Report (If not vaccinated)
5) Do you have the necessary information to fill out the CCMC arrival form?
6) Valid Visa (if required)
7) Have you checked the latest entry requirement by yourself?

Restrictions on entry to Nepal from abroad have been eased, but there are conditions that need to be confirmed.

Namaste.Kathmandu Lockdown Day-53.
The district administration authorities of Kathmandu valley have decided to further extend the ongoing Covid-19 lockdown by a week, till June 28. However, regulations will be relaxed.
Kathmandu is slowly coming back to life.
