Waterboy Graphics is looking for a Project Support Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support for managers, sales, designers, and production. Responsibilities include pricing and creating quotes, communicating with clients, proofing design for accuracy, creating work orders and meeting reports, preparing bids, following up on A/R, answering phones, filing and other duties assigned.

You have strong communication skills, are highly organized with great attention to detail, have excellent customer service skills and are a team player with a positive attitude. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and have a strong aptitude for math. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Qualifications
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1+ year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1+ year (Preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 1+ year (Preferred)
