So yeah, I’m Matt Tangent, chilli-head & Bristol Grillstock 2015 Chilli Pepper Eating Champion. I love hot sauce & spicy food and started a YouTube channel a few years back doing reviews & silly things with chillies. I also import Australian chilli sauces & goodies the UK for AussieHotSauces.com and produce my own super-hot chilli oil – Bang! Bang! Oil.
