All sizes except the ECO range are seated out to reduce any sole pressure and both heels are safed off after the last nail hole to reduce any brushing , the Clip is integral to the shoe and therefore no material has been removed from the horseshoe section to form the clip
The groove is a true Vee shaped groove to which is the way hand forged shoes would be made this offers better nail head security , the holes are stamped with pitch for Mustad E Head Slim nails and have no distortion of the nails holes, another advantage of the drop forged method of manufacture! The heels are upright in a traditional upright block pattern but are slightly radius off on the road surface to reduce any sharp edges
Due to the drop forged method of manufacture the horseshoes are very consistent and have little or no variation as compared to traditional steel horseshoes formed from rolled sections so that you get the same shoes time and time again
