Michelle Noah's Back to the Garden collection is inspired by the music created in Laurel Canyon from 1965-1975. Each painting evokes the notes from a particular sound. As she listens and paints, Michelle reinterprets the sounds through the prism of her singular sensibility and artistic vision. Michelle is also a great hostess, and delicious refreshments will be served.

Eternal Flowers

Eternal Flowers is the collection of Leticia Herrera’s digital paintings, which she began creating when she discovered that a stylus and a tablet can act as tools to create a considerable amount of imagery. The rise of digital art has been an important asset for Herrera’s paintings, significantly impacting her artistic process. This exhibit also includes Herrera's signature series Walkers, as well as other figurative and abstract work.

"Into the Light" explores the warm radiance of sun kissed landscapes while dappled shadows dance in and through each scene. A variety of subjects will be featured, including cars, bridges, abstracts based on guest artists' pieces, and a long lonely stretch of Louisiana highway around midnight. Women Seen #1

K.D. Hafley's subject is women, how they have been seen through society and history, and ultimately how she sees women. This will be the first of a series of exhibits by Hafley on this subject. Her goal is to initiate a dialogue between these images and the viewer's images of women, both internally constructed and externally received.

An exhibit of nostalgic landscapes featuring an Italian style mural hand-painted over the entire surface of a delivery van as well as a series of pastoral Paint-by-Numbers which, in true fashion, are lovingly framed and displayed as mementos of self-achievement. These scenic beauties are an iteration of a places being conjured with a nod to artists who have influenced, inspired and motivated Patrello from the very start. Homemade pizza provided by Uncle’s Family Kitchen.

Carolyn Hewitt's Retrospective: An Art Journey Spanning 50+ Years

Artful influences came early for Carolyn Hewitt. Her mother and her older sister were the first to awe her with their creations. Carolyn began as a crafter, then developed into a decorative painter and finally emerged as a master iconographer; her talent has been apparent in every phase of her work. The compilation of pieces in this retrospective tells the metamorphic story of Carolyn as an artist through the years. Come join Carolyn in celebrating her artistic journey.

Join Kat Warwick for her first solo show since dedicating herself to the ancient art form of stone carving. She sculpts in a variety of marbles, calcite, fluorite and limestone. Always reinventing herself, Kathleen Mekailek brings to The Cove a collection of copper sculptures and paintings reflecting themes of freedom and metamorphosis. Mekailek has had to defy supply chain limitations; as she repurposed and upcycled materials to create this collection of works, her art has become rich with new life and meaning.

Garden Party
