A nice mantra to live by..
Day 5 International week! Self Love Day. Take some time out to nourish and love your body everyday. Choose nourishing thoughts that bring you closer to your dreams.
Day 4 International day is Nutrition Day! Fuel your body with the right stuff to minimise inflammation and help you stay healthy. Smoked salmon
Day 3. Stretching Day! Simple and effective when done right! This is a great stretch from my book for the posterior shoulder. Enjoy x
Back body and soul week Day 2... Exercise Day! Squats are a great way to tone your buttocks and legs if done correctly! Exercise has so many benefits so make sure you're getting yours every other day! Stay well xx
