We are also bringing the quality of service and professionalism of a Realestate office to your tenants with proper communication and professional service with our centrally located highland Indiana office.
We have also partnered with Buildium the worlds leading property mangment software that offers easy to use Owner portal with real-time updates and tenant protal that allows maintenance request and quick easy online payments.
Listing Leaders Northwest has appointed Matthew R. Tomsic to Vice President of Property Management and leasing. Matthew is a 7 year experienced licensed Realtor Specializing in out of state investor clients with Acquiring and selling there local investments. Matthew will handle day to day property management operations and work directly with the owners and tenants to provide the best service possible. Matthew impeccable organizational skills and knowledge in real estate makes him uniquely qualified to handle this role!
With our residential sales side and membership with GNIAR we will be able to offer our owners all of there units listed in the MLS (multiple listing service) for maximum exposure to all prospective tenants for there units!
