There is a lot of work involved in becoming alcohol free. The habit of doing it is almost second nature. The clarity that comes with not drinking is unimaginable, but when you feel it, you wish you would have done it sooner. This is a Sunday seed. Sobriety is... the greatest achievement that has ever happened to me. The hardest thing to work though, but the best thing!

Normalizing sobriety 1 seed at a time. My mission is to spread sober seeds to the world. I have been alcohol free for 3 years, 1 month and 3 days and it has changed my life in many ways. The clarity alone helps you realize a lot of things, it's taken some time, but I am still on the healing journey. I have gained much awareness and perspective and have really been able to reflect on life with a straight head. I have learned a lot over the last 1,127 days and have come to realize that even a small seed can make an impact, even if it's very tiny, it's a seed. A drug free life is a happy life and I want to shout it to the world. ✌🏻️
