I am an attorney with over 30 years experience, a former prosecutor, a city and town solicitor, father, husband, and life-long resident of Rhode Island. I take pride in volunteering for my community as I currently serve the RI Coalition for the Homeless Legal Clinic. I have also served on North Kingstown's Town Council as well as coached Wickford Little League Baseball and Ocean State Soccer.

Must be a valid, active, for-profit entity registered in the State of Rhode Island.
Gross Annual Revenue did not exceed $1,000,000 in FY 2020 or 2021.
Must have a demonstrated financial loss due to COVID 19.
