Recovery Cafe Grants Pass - Hope and Recovery on the Rogue

Recovery Cafe Grants Pass - Hope and Recovery on the Rogue

A sober, safe, and welcoming place for those recovering from addiction. We stand alongside you in your recovery journey.

We do this by creating a peaceful environment where compassion is offered, and a sense of deep belonging and connection is nurtured.

What Recovery Cafe is NOT…

A Recovery Café is not treatment. We support treatment, but we do not provide it. Our Recovery Circles are peer led support.
Recovery Café is not counseling. We believe in counseling but our peer support circles do not take the place of counseling, rather we hope to provide support for what might be happening in counseling.
Recovery Café is not a drop-in hangout spot. We exist to support those who are actively working on their recovery.
There is no graduation from Recovery. Recovery is a lifelong process. Sometimes Recovery requires less support and sometimes Recovery requires more support, and we intend to be there for the whole journey for as long as we are needed.

Recovery Café Grants Pass – Hope and Recovery on the Rogue Working Mission:
Our Recovery Café space will be:
• A place safe from physical danger, and an emotionally safe place where all are accepted for where they are in their recovery journey.
• A place where sobriety is honored and expected.
• A community of unconditional loving acceptance, that starts when you walk in the door with our greetings team.
• A place for recovery circles for each member, for support and to foster accountability.
• A peer support mentor so every member will not have to walk their life journey alone. Our members create their own goals and plans, and we are beside them while they accomplish them to the degree that they request.
• A place for recharging and learning. We will have life skills classes, emotional wellbeing classes, social activities, and a selection of resources for growth, confidence building, and for joy finding.
• A place to have a coffee, seltzer, or snack or just to rest and meditate.
• A place to give back to the community.
• A place where individual boundaries are encouraged and expected.
A place of beauty.
